Frequently Asked

Answers by audience

What is the minimum facility size Pacific Corp will work on?

+

We typically facilitate transactions from USD 1M upwards. Bank guarantees, SBLCs and documentary credits below this threshold are usually more efficiently handled directly with the applicant's own relationship bank.

How long does issuance usually take?

+

From signed mandate and complete KYC, a straightforward SBLC or DLC is typically issued in 2 to 4 weeks. Structured deals or those requiring collateral arrangements take longer and are quoted case by case.

Which banks do you work with?

+

We coordinate with tier-1 and tier-2 rated banks across the UK, EU, GCC, and Asia. The specific issuing bank is matched to the instrument type, beneficiary requirements, and jurisdictional constraints of each deal.

Do you provide the funds yourselves?

+

No. Pacific Corp is a non-advisory facilitator. We do not lend, do not take deposits, and are not a bank. We coordinate between the applicant, issuing bank, and beneficiary's bank to bring instruments to issuance.

What is the fee structure?

+

Fees are transaction-specific and consist of bank charges (issuance, confirmation, advising) plus a facilitation fee. All fees are disclosed in writing before mandate and are only invoiced against defined milestones.

What jurisdictions do you cover?

+

Applicant and beneficiary sides across the UK, EU, GCC, wider MENA, and Asia. Sanctioned jurisdictions and OFAC-restricted parties are outside our scope without exception.
