Illustrative quotes for site presentation while we collect signed attributions from live counterparties.
“Pacific Corp coordinated our SBLC issuance across two jurisdictions without a single amendment cycle. Their pre-check on wording saved us weeks.”
“As an introducer, the live offering updates mean I stop wasting client time pitching structures banks aren't writing this quarter.”
“Straight-talking, non-advisory, and clear on what they can and can't do. Refreshing in this market.”
We typically facilitate transactions from USD 1M upwards. Bank guarantees, SBLCs and documentary credits below this threshold are usually more efficiently handled directly with the applicant's own relationship bank.
From signed mandate and complete KYC, a straightforward SBLC or DLC is typically issued in 2 to 4 weeks. Structured deals or those requiring collateral arrangements take longer and are quoted case by case.
We coordinate with tier-1 and tier-2 rated banks across the UK, EU, GCC, and Asia. The specific issuing bank is matched to the instrument type, beneficiary requirements, and jurisdictional constraints of each deal.
No. Pacific Corp is a non-advisory facilitator. We do not lend, do not take deposits, and are not a bank. We coordinate between the applicant, issuing bank, and beneficiary's bank to bring instruments to issuance.
Fees are transaction-specific and consist of bank charges (issuance, confirmation, advising) plus a facilitation fee. All fees are disclosed in writing before mandate and are only invoiced against defined milestones.
Applicant and beneficiary sides across the UK, EU, GCC, wider MENA, and Asia. Sanctioned jurisdictions and OFAC-restricted parties are outside our scope without exception.
Send us the outline and we'll come back within one working day.
